Aldwark Manor Wedding Photography
Aldwark Manor situated in the very heart of Yorkshire between York and Harrogate was the choice of wedding venue for Natalie and Solomon.
Well today we woke to hear the birds singing and the daffodils smiling at the warm morning sunshine !! what a day to be alive and photography a wedding. The weather was unusually hot for the time of year and more like a fine summers day instead of a spring day in April.
Brenda and I met with Natalie at Aldwark Manor early for her bridal preparations as Natalie and the girls looked forward to this special day. As Solomon was getting ready in another room, I left Brenda with the girls and popped round to get a few shots with Solomon and the lads, on entering their room Solomon and best men were so relaxed playing basket ball with a rolled up sock and the waste paper basket !! so cool.
Following a traditional village wedding at St Mary's Church in Alne it was back to Aldwark Manor for the rest of the days celebrations. The hotel is surrounded by 120 acres of open fields and park-lands creating a perfect location for Natalie and Solomon's wedding photographs.
While in the warm sunshine guests enjoyed tasty canapés on the terrace as we started the family photos in the rear garden. Working to Natalie and Solomon's list we quickly finished the formal photographs and moved onto some feature photos of Natalie and Solomon together in the grounds.
With all our wedding photography packages including those at Aldwark Manor, we offer an evening slideshow featuring about 70 fully edited photographs which is always a big hit with the wedding party.
